Singer Erykah Badu is now charged with disorderly conduct for stripping naked while walking on a street in front of many pedestrians as her music video is being filmed. At the end of her video “Window Seat,” she re-enacted that she received a gunshot through the head and suddenly fall to the ground at the site in Dallas where former President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in 1963. This place is now a popular tourists spot. According to Sergeant Warren Mitchell, Badu was charged on Thursday after a witness offered a sworn statement to police and because of this Badu was charged. People were calling the police department from all across the country to express their concern regarding the music video. On March 13, she had stripped naked in a public place without giving any concern to individuals and small children who were present in Dealay Plaza. Badu can either face the charge by defending herself in the court or pay the fine. Disorderly conduct is punishable by a fine that amounts to $500 (£328).
