Kanye West is in the clear after the L.A. District Attorney declined to prosecute or pursue charges against the rapper following an alleged assault incident. This outcome became increasingly likely after Kanye’s most recent alleged assault victim failed to appear at a follow-up interview with the authorities. If investigators don’t have a cooperative accuser, the case is difficult to prosecute for obvious reasons, and that’s apparently what transpired here. West reportedly settled with the accuser out of court as well.
