2019 Grammy Nominations: Who Got Snubbed?

In a word? Wow . In a few more words? What the heck were you thinking, Grammy voters?!? On Friday morning, nominations for the 2019 Grammy Awards were announced. And while we're fans of many of the artists and albums listed below, we're also shocked over many of the artists and albums NOT nominated in various categories. Who are the more egregious snubs? Record of the Year “I Like It” — Cardi B, Bad Bunny & J Balvin; “The Joke” — Brandi Carlile; “This Is America” — Childish Gambino; “God’s Plan — Drake; “Shallow” — Bradley Cooper & Lady Gaga; “All the Stars” — Kendrick Lamar & SZA; “Rockstar” — Post Malone featuring 21 Savage; “The Middle” — Zedd, Maren Morris & Grey 3. Okay. So Who Got Snubbed? Let’s start with Taylor Swift. According to Billboard, Reputation was the best-selling album of 2018 — and yet it only garnered a nomination for in the Best Pop Vocal Album category. 5. Talk About a Fall from Grace for Taylor, Huh? Tell us about it. 6. And What About Travis Scott? Forget his romance with Kylie for a moment. Astroworld sold over one million copies and included such contributors as Stevie Wonder, John Mayer and Earth, Wind & Fire’s Philip Bailey.
