The Who’s the Boss alum and David Bugliari welcomed their second child into the world this morning, a girl named Elizabella Dylan Bugliari. She weighed in at 7 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 19.5 inches in length. “Mommy and baby are doing wonderfully,” says the star’s rep. Milano married Bugliari, an agent with CAA, in 2009. She had a lot of morning sickness this time around, which convinced Milano she was having a daughter. “With Milo, I didn’t have a minute of morning sickness.
