The couple separated back in 2011, but Moore has been trying to get spousal support in the divorce on grounds that Kutcher cheated on her while married. California is a no fault state, however, which means what it sounds like. It doesn’t matter why a couple splits for purposes of how the finances are divided. The couple basically split what they acquired during their marriage, which began in 2005, and sources say both parties are satisfied with the resolution.
