Larimer County Sheriff Jim Alderden has confirmed criminal charges will be filed in the Falcon Heene balloon boy case. The sheriff made the announcement after Falcon’s parents Richard and Mayumi Heene had been questioned for several hours each about their accounts of the dramatic story.
