Britney Spears’ backup dancer Dawn Noel says she had her nose broken during the music video shoot for “Work Bitch,” only to be stiffed by the singer. According to Noel, an oblivious Britney didn’t even stop the rehearsal. Britney Spears – Work Bitch (Music Video) Noel claims she was hired to perform in the “Work Bitch” video , and that on August 19, she showed up at the rehearsal studio in Woodland Hills, Calif. She and the other dancers worked on their moves for several hours, until Britney arrived “in a disheveled and confused state,” Dawn alleges. From everything we know about Spears … sounds about right. Britney had “considerable difficulty” executing even basic moves, according to Dawn, who claims she was standing off to Britney’s side at a critical moment. At that point, David Lucado ‘s girlfriend twirled while off balance, extending her hands and walloping Dawn in the face – clearly by accident, but rather severely. Dawn says the impact was so brutal, everybody heard a cracking sound. Despite nearly doubling over in excruciating pain, Noel says all Britney Spears said to her was a cursory, “I’m sorry,” and then continued the rehearsal. After a half hour of trying to fight through it, she couldn’t take the pain and went to a doctor, who told her she had a nasal bone fracture and needed surgery. She claims Spears’ camp promised to pay her medical bills, but did not. Dawn’s lawyer, as a result, is filing a lawsuit on the dancer’s behalf.
