Where is Olivia Pope when you need her? Columbus Short was arrested yesterday – for the fourth time in four months – after drinking way too much at a bar in Dallas. According to TMZ sources, the actor (who was let go from Scandal in April) was hanging out at Katy Trail Ice House for a few hours when he got up to leave, seemingly without paying his bill. A security guard confronted Short … words were exchanged… a scuffle ensued… and some off-duty policemen broke up the brawl before anyone got hurt. But Short wouldn’t let it go, screaming at those who tried to attack him. “He was like a dog with a bone who wouldn’t let it go,” an onlooker tells TMZ. Short was eventually booked for public intoxicate and taken into custody. Earlier this year, Short punched some dude during a fight at a bar in Los Angeles, while he’s also been booked twice on charges of domestic violence and was accused by his estranged wife this spring of breaking into her home .
