Doesn’t Emile Hirsch know that you don’t need to water a cactus? Apparently not, as the young star was caught urinating on a potted cactus outside of Hollywood Hotspot Bootsy Bellows. Hirsch wasn’t feeling too shy as he whipped out his err – equipment in front of exiting patrons.
