It’s clearly going to be a strange season ahead on Glee . Following the death of Cory Monteith, the show has announced that it will also kill off his character of Finn, though creator Ryan Murphy recently confirmed Finn’s passing will NOT be the result of a drug overdose. But the series won’t simply be doom and gloom doing forward, of course. There are musicals to stage and upbeat tracks to cover. With that in mind, Fox has released the first promo for Glee Season 5, which doesn’t reveal a great deal about what’s to come, aside from showing us a very enthusiastic Mr. Schuester on the September 26th premiere.
