Heidi Montag , who has managed to turn herself into walking pair of breasts, was spotted on an actually real life movie set. Seriously, she’s like a big girl now! Wearing a pair of blue short-shorts and a polka dot top that exposed her recently enhanced chest in a red bra, The Hills star is working on the new Adam Sandler rom-com Just Go With It . Filming in Malibu, the movie also stars Jennifer Aniston , Brooklyn Decker and Sandler but before you think we’re going to see Heidi in a break out role, the reality star is really just playing herself. So, not much of a stretch.
