News that Somerhalder and Reed , who have been dating for about six months but who have been friends for years, have agreed to exchange vows at some point in the near future. “They’re so happy,” the source tells E!. “They were crazy happy from the start. Their families love each other. It just feels really right.” Since getting together in July, the actress and actor have adopted numerous animals together. They proved their seriousness as a couple, for example, by adopting a horse named Eagle last summer. “Proud new dad… What amazing creatures they are. Wow. His name is Eagle.
