The charge: Trafficking women for sex. A 23-year-old former model, Kayden says she interviewed with Seagal in February 2009 for the position of executive assistant. The good news? She got the gig. The bad news? “Mr. Seagal had been keeping two young female Russian ‘Attendants’ on staff who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,” she says in the lawsuit. Because one of these “Attendants” had recently quit, Kayden alleges she was expected to fulfill those duties. Specifically, Seagal treated her “as his sex toy,” Nguyen claims, going into detail about how he shoved his hands under her skirt and pants, and attempted to fondle her boobs.
