Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are one hundred percent not back together or even in touch, but the couple remains married more than a year after splitting up. Legally, anyway. As has been the case throughout the past year, the reality star has not made her divorce official, and for all intents and purposes, has sort of given up trying. This has sparked the inevitable rumors that perhaps a reconciliation is possible. It’s not. Khloe would divorce him if she could track his ass down, but since that’s near impossible, she’s simply not wasting any of her time on this. Kardashian sources say rumors that she’s back with Lamar are bogus, however, insisting she wants nothing to do with him and has no idea where he is. Sounds familiar … from any Odom story in the last 18 months, really. Khloe filed in December 2013, after Lamar basically sabotaged his NBA career, ran around town with various women, and fell into a spiral of drug addiction. Since then, he has essentially not responded to any of the papers. What’s he doing? Where’s he living? Is he filming a sequel to that awesome Lamar Odom crack video ? No one seems to know. Dude is totally MIA. Khloe simply doesn’t want to deal with him at all anymore, and has sort of given up trying to make it official. She’s moved on, in her mind if not legally. Until there’s a property settlement, the case remains in limbo. It’s not clear what the next step is or if it will ever be finalized if she doesn’t press the issue. If she waits too long, the judge does have the power to throw the divorce petition out because of the case’s lack of activity , but so far that is not the case. Well, here’s hoping Lamar turns up somewhere, at some point. At least before Khloe starts signing her name Mrs. Odom again .
