As depicted in the first Teen Mom 2 trailer , Leah Messer is… well… a mess these days. In the footage, released this week by MTV, viewers see Corey Simms confront the mother of his five-year old twins about a “problem,” clearly referring to Messer’s drug use . We later witness an out-of-it Leah seemingly nod off in front of the camera. “I’ve been accused of being an unfit mom and abusing drugs,” Messer admits in the promo. And although Leah is NOT admitting that today, insiders have confirmed to Us Weekly that Leah has entered a 30-day rehab program – for stress and depression. This jibes with an earlier report that Messer had agreed to seek professional assistance, though that report cited drug use as the basis . With Simms having recently sought full custody of the kids he shares with Messer, it’s very possible she made this decision in order to appease the court. The Teen Mom 2 star has been going through an awful lot of late. After three years of marriage, Leah and husband Jeremy Calvert – with whom she has a daughter named Addie – are headed for a divorce, multiple outlets have confirmed.
