Leah Messer and Jason Jordan: It’s Over!

So much for those marriage rumors , huh? Heck, so much for those dinner plans they may have had for this upcoming weekend. The romance has come to an end for Leah Messer and Jason Jordan. The Teen Mom 2 star and her older boyfriend had only been an item for about six months, but they seemed to be pretty darn serious. Where did things go wrong? “It just wasn’t working,” a source tells Us Weekly . “They’re just not a good fit.” Messer and Jordan were introduced by the latter’s cousin, who has known Leah for some time. There was a 14-year age difference between the MTV personality and her new man, but that didn’t seem to get in the way. “Even though he’s older, they have a lot in common,” a different insider told the same tabloid this summer, adding at the time: “They share the same faith and have gone to church together. They love hiking, cooking and are both very family oriented. He’s very attentive.” Messer, as readers likely known, has eight-year old twins named Ali and Aleeah. She shares them with ex-husband Corey Simms. She also has a five-year old daughter named Adalynn who she shares with her second ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert. Jordan, meanwhile, has a two-year old of his own from a previous relationship, but the children all got along well, Us Weekly wrote in the past, with Messer’s especially taking a liking to Jordan. We hope this split doesn’t make them too sad. “He’s a good dad,” Messer said of Jason several weeks ago. “He’s an all-around good person.” This may still be the case, of course. Jordan may be absolutely perfect. But the real question is whether he was perfect for Leah — and the answer appears to be no. Teen Mom 2 fans will now be left with an obvious follow-up question to this news. They’ll be wondering: What does this mean for Messer and Calvert? Does it open the door to another reconciliation between the exes?!? Leah has made it fairly clear that she isn’t interested in getting back together with Calvert, despite the fact that the two totally knocked boots earlier this year. (That is, Messer and Calvert hooked up .) Back in the day, Calvert questioned Messer’s ability to care for their daughter and accused her of harboring an addiction to prescription painkillers, a claim that she still denies. However, he called Leah during an episode of Teen Mom 2 several months ago and acknowledged how far she has come as a woman and a mother and said he was really sorry for the way he acted after they broke up. “I really truthfully, want to, like, deeply apologize for saying that about you,” Jeremy told Leah. “I do really want to thank you for like being a good mom to my kids.” He even added: “No matter what, I’m still always going to love you.” Here. Read all about it below: View Slideshow: Jeremy Calvert Dumps Girlfriend, Professes Love For Leah Messer (!!) We’re pretty sure Calvert would try again with Messer in an instant. Does she feel the same way, however? Stay tuned, folks. The next season of Teen Mom 2 may need a fresh storyline.

Leah Messer: I’d Put My Husband Ahead of My Kids (If I Had One)!

Leah Messer used to be one of the hottest messes in Teen Mom history. She was filmed nodding off while holding a baby, she lost custody of her twins because she couldn’t manage to get them to school on time … It was bad. Really bad. But after her trip to rehab a couple of years ago, she seems to be doing much better. These days, at long last, it finally seems like she’s starting to get her life together . And that’s why it’s extra odd that she chose to make such a controversial, concerning statement on Instagram. Last night, Leah reposted a quote from Christian life coach about marriage and children. “Ladies,” the quote read, “in marriage your husband comes first, then your child. As a single mother who isn’t married, of course you shouldn’t put any man before them, but that changes when you vow to be one with a man.” “He comes first as your partner, provider and protector.” And before you ask, no, this quote didn’t come from a Duggar woman’s social media page. This is actually from Leah. In the caption, she explicitly stated that she agrees with this sentiment … and her followers were not pleased. “This is the stupidest thing I have heard,” one of them wrote. “Your kids always come first, you married someone to start a life not to be their slave.” “What century do you live in because a man is NOT the only provider in a household in today’s world. And if he doesn’t care about his kids and more about his needs and wants then honey you married the wrong man.” “Nope, kids FIRST,” another person told her. “I am actually surprised that you think a husband should come first …” “Stupid! You have too many baby daddies to pull this!” another naysayer wrote. One of her followers even told her “You’re not a good role model for our 3 girls if you think that way. We don’t live in the year 1800 anymore. Take responsibility for your own be a strong woman.” And that’s just a small sample of the kind of criticism she’s been getting — so far, the post has over 2,000 comments, most of them from people who disagree with her here. And honestly, it really is surprising that she feels this way. It makes sense that it’s important to make marriage a priority instead of placing 100% of your time and energy into your children, but Leah’s a single mother. If she does remarry, of course she has to put her kids first, right? Not to mention any quote about depending on a man to be the “provider and protector” sends up red flags, especially because Leah has been providing for her children for many years now. It’s actually hard to imagine any relationship she’d be in in which she wasn’t the main provider, what with all that Teen Mom money . Then there’s the fact that in her previous marriages, her husbands didn’t come first, nor did her children — she actually put herself first. Remember, she cheated on both Corey Simms and Jeremy Calvert. We’re sure she’s grown since then though, and maybe she’s just interested in trying out new tactics for her next marriage, whenever that may be. But just be careful, girl. Leah Messer: SLAMMED For "Disturbing" Photo of Daughter

There’s nothing new about Teen Mom 2 fans criticizing Leah Messer’s parenting skills . The jabs have been near-constant from the time Leah started on the show, and they’ve only intensified over the past two seasons. But while the critiques are usually prompted by Leah’s actions on screen, the latest round of rebukes was prompted by a post on her Instagram page: Leah posted the above photo of 7-year-old twin daughters Ali and Aleeah, and because some people still have leftover rage to vent after they’re through arguing politics on Facebook, Messer was torn apart for allowing Ali to wear so much makeup. “Something about little girls wearing makeup that is really disturbing and unsettling to me,” wrote one commenter. “They [are] too young [to] be wearing that much makeup,” echoed another. Some irate Brit (we’re assuming, based on the use of the word “bloody”) took things a step further, going so far as to call the image “vile”: “All that makeup is vile,” wrote the probable Brexit supporter. “I understand they put a bit on for performances, I don’t agree with it, but I get it, but bloody hell this is too much.” Yes, we’re probably about a week away from changing our currency over to rubles, but people still have enough outrage left over to get all worked up over a young girl wearing makeup for a cheer competition. Fortunately, Leah still has plenty of supporters, several of whom clapped back at the critics on her behalf: “It’s competitive cheer you have to have that much make up so the judges can see you,” wrote one fan. “There are so many lights on you while your competing that it washes you out.” Others pointed out that some folks were so busy fuming over Aleeah’s makeup that they missed the really important thing about these photos. Leah’s other twin, Ali, has muscular dystrophy and might eventually be confined to a wheelchair. She has difficulty walking, much less competing in cheerleading competitions, and yet there she is in the first photo, smiling by her sister’s side. The fact that Leah seems to be doing a fine job of making all three of her daughters feel sully supported and uniquely special given the number of challenges the family has faced is something of a small miracle. We’re gonna go out on a limb and say her daughters’ smiles are a better indication of her parenting ability than the amount of makeup on their faces.  Watch Teen Mom 2 online to see Leah do her best under extremely difficult circumstances. Leah Messer Faces New Criticism: Is She Back on Drugs?!

At this point, it’s probably safe to say that for the rest of her whole entire life, Leah Messer will be criticized for her parenting choices. Seriously, girl could donate a kidney to one of her children and people would still find an issue. “There’s probably drugs in there ,” some would say, or “she’s just doing it to make herself look good for MTV.” It’s sad. And what’s even sadder is that right now, Leah is facing a boatload of criticism — several boatloads, actually — for what Teen Mom 2 fans believe are wrongdoings. There’s a lot to get into here, so let’s break down Leah’s latest sins, one by one. The first one is that Leah is in L.A. right now, doing some filming for some Teen Mom 2 specials. She left her three little girls at home, and apparently that was wrong of her. “Leaving your kids behind super mom,” one of her followers commented sarcastically. How ridiculous is that? Because Leah is a mother, she’s never, ever allowed to leave her children? Is that how this works? Fortunately, several of Leah’s followers stood up for her on this point, but unfortunately, this next point is even worse. You know how Leah has been looking a bit thinner than usual lately? According to these strangers on the internet, her weight loss could actually be because of drugs. She went to rehab in 2015 for what she said were mental health issues, but for what everyone else claimed were drug issues. And some people think those issues might be making a comeback. “I sincerely hope you’re off the pills,” one person told her. “Your children need you, and the last few months you’ve looked dangerously thin.” “Take care of yourself, so you can be a role model for your girls.” One person wrote that Leah “looks buzzed” in recent photos, while another stated that “Leah comes from dysfunction she can only do what she was taught.” “I have noticed some signs of possible medication use. It could be prescribed,” another person pointed out. “Please take a look at yourself,” yet another commenter said. “Be realistic. In the beginning of the season you looked like you were on something, you still look like you’re on something.” “The reality is you look like you’re on drugs or something worse!!!” It’s all very dramatic, right? Not to mention dumb. Leah has always been thin. She was thin before she got pregnant at 16, she was thin again about two seconds after giving birth to twins. If she’s thinner now, perhaps it’s from the stress of being a single mother to three young children, one with a debilitating disease . But — and this is the third issue — some people are also saying that Leah’s sister, Victoria, is struggling with an addiction of her own these days. So basically everything is a mess. As one of her faithful commenters wrote, “Looks like your sister is on drugs now! She seems so out of it when filming.” “Her sister is the one on pills now,” another claimed. “She looks and acts just like Leah did last season. And she’s a new mom . I sincerely hope Leah gets her some help.” Apparently if Victoria really is on drugs, it’s Leah’s fault — another of her followers told her “Not to be rude but you need to get your sister Victoria some help.” “Any idiot can see she’s high in every episode so far and she looks terrible. You battled an issue and seem to be doing great. She just had a baby and it doesn’t deserve to have a brand new mom high on pills! Help her!” View Slideshow: Leah Messer Bad Parenting Excuse Hall of Fame So to recap, Leah is a bad person for leaving her kids for a few days while she goes on a business trip, for being back on drugs, and for not helping her sister with her own drug addiction. She sure does lead a busy life, huh?

Adam Lind: Keep That F–king Camera Out of My Face!

Doesn't it hurt so much to think about the wonderful Chelsea Houska ever being with Adam Lind, who is arguably the biggest creep in the entire Teen Mom universe? It's just … he's so awful. He's SO awful. No one has the time to recount each and every one of his bad qualities. He essentially abandoned Chelsea more than once after she gave birth to their daughter, Aubree, and he refuses to pay a reasonable amount of child support , to name just a couple. (Then he did the same thing to Taylor Halbur.) But for Adam's current bit of douchebaggery, he's doing this thing where he keeps saying that he's going to quit filming Teen Mom 2 , but then he never, ever does. It's overwhelming, really. A few times now, he's said that he's quitting the show because of the way he's portrayed, but then he keeps right on going. He seems to be stuck in between his desire to leave the show and his desire to get paid, because in this current season, he's been a real tool to the crew. In one episode, he told producers to come to his house to film, and when they arrived, he refused to let them in . And now, in this new sneak peek for this week's episode, he's unbelievably rude and disrespectful when his producer tries to talk to him about it. Like, he actually cusses this poor woman out right at Aubree's softball game, displaying a total lack of self-awareness … or human decency. Are we exaggerating? Maybe a little, but certainly not a lot. The guy is pretty awful and does little to make us think otherwise. Ever. Watch Adam be the jackass he is in the video below:

Nina Dobrev & Glen Powell: Dating!

After a tumultuous two years in both her personal and professional lives, it’s clear that 2017 will be a major comeback year for Nina Dobrev. Dobrev is returning to The Vampire Diaries for the show’s series finale, even though it’ll mean working with her ex, Ian Somerhalder. Sounds like a nightmare scenario, but fortunately, Nina is riding high these days, thanks to the new man in her life. E! News is reporting today that Nina is dating actor Glen Powell. Powell might not be a household name, but he’s drawing rave reviews for his performance in Hidden Figures, and many expect him to be the next big thing. He’s also a regular on the Fox series Scream Queens. We’re sure Nina isn’t the type to date a guy or not date a guy because of his star power, but with the way her last relationship publicly imploded, it must a nice confidence boost to be tied to an up-and-coming heartthrob like Powell. In case you missed it, Dobrev and Somerhalder were romantically involved for several years, and TVD fans obsessed over their real-life romance as much as – if not more than – their onscreen love affair. The relationship ended in ugly fashion, and Somerhalder got married to Nikki Reed (a former friend of Dobrev’s) not long after he and Nina parted ways. Shortly after Somerhalder and Reed got engaged, Dobrev quit The Vampire Diaries , and, many believe, doomed the show to cancelation. (In fairness, even diehard fans admit the show’s quality has dropped off precipitously in recent years.) Dobrev has denied quitting the show as a result of her history with Somerhalder, but those in the know say she’s just covering her tracks. “The real reason she quit was because she couldn’t stand to see costar Ian with another woman,” one insider said at the time. “Seeing them together made it not fun to come to work at all.” So it’s noble of Nina to come back to the show for one last go-round for the sake of the fans and her former co-stars. We’re not saying the opportunity to throw her new relationship in Somerhalder’s face made the decision easier – but it probably didn’t hurt.  Watch The Vampire Diaries online to get caught up for the series finale.

Stassi Schroeder on Scheana Marie Shay Divorce: There Were Red Flags

There’s nothing Stassi Schroeder likes to say more than, “I told you so.” That has been crystal clear over the past five seasons of Vanderpump Rules , but we would not change her for the world.  If you watch Vanderpump Rules online , you will be well aware that Stassi has somehow managed to work her way back to being the Queen Bee of her friend circle.  That’s not entirely a bad thing. Schroeder makes for good TV and it’s evident the producers knew that, allowing her to stage a return to the show last year.  Stassi’s latest revelation centers on co-star Scheana Marie Shay’s marriage to Mike Shay.  As you probably already know, the relationship came to an abrupt end last November when Scheana filed from divorce from Mike after some erratic behavior.  “You’ll see as you keep watching this season. Shay kind of backed off from us almost entirely. It felt like he was almost never around,” Schroeder revealed about Mike’s sudden disappearance. “So that to me was like a little bit of a red flag, but like nothing major. So when they actually decided to split up, that was a little shocking.” Turns out, the “red flag” actually turned out to be that Scheana and Mike were having some marital woes. It’s difficult enough to admit to yourself that your relationship is over, so you can only imagine how painful it was for her split to become public knowledge.  That said, Stassi felt that the divorce came about pretty quickly and there was not much lingering from either party.  “It was so fast that, like, I don’t remember having, like, a real reaction. All I know is that I’m happy that they are getting a divorce. I think Scheana’s handled it so well and she’s been so strong,” Schroeder continued.  “And I don’t know if I would have been able to have that strength if I was in her position. But I admire the way that she’s handled everything.” As much as Stassi comes across as the two-faced person of her band of minions, it’s clear she does like Scheana.  They may not have gotten off to the best start, but it seems the bumps in the road to becoming friends have only made them stronger.  There are still a lot of big events coming up this season on the hit Bravo show. We will finally get to see Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz becoming the cutest “bubbas” of the small screen.  That’s if Tom gets Katie to agree to the prenup.  What do you think about all of this? Sound off below! View Slideshow: 13 Times Vanderpump Rules Was Like Mean Girls
