Lindsay Lohan is reportedly getting a restraining order taken out against dad Michael after he claimed she was killing herself with drugs. The actress will apply for the orders in California and New York, her mother Dina Lohan tells the New York Post. And Dina herself says she may try to get Michael jailed for non-payment of child support.
