This has now been proven true, though the young singer hasn’t exactly gone far: Miley’s $3.4 million mansion is 100 feet away from her parents. She and Liam Hemsworth better keep the moaning and groaning to a minimum! Here is what else we can confirm about Cyrus’ Spanish-style Hacienda residence: It is 4,045 square feet. It has four bedroom and four-and-a-half bathrooms. There’s a recording studio on the property, along with a detached guest house with two bedrooms, a living room and wet bar. It was previously owned by Freddie Prinze Jr. Miley will likely move into the home any day now. Located in Toluca Lake, the house is in the same neighborhood as properties owned by Steve Carrell, Ashley Tisdale , Demi Lovato, The Jonas Brothers and Jennifer Love Hewitt. Call us crazy, but we doubt THG will be invited over for a house-warming party.
