She then showed up last night at the Teen Choice Awards… not exactly looking classy or elegant or clothed. Cyrus posed on the red blue carpet in a risqué, dominatrax-like outfit that included a lot of black and a great deal of leather, along with a sheer fishnet shirt over a leather bra.
