Taylor Momsen celebrated her sixteenth birthday in New York City last night. Yes, you read that right, she’s only just turned 16! The up and coming star already has a hit show with Gossip Girl , her own band called Pretty Reckless and she’s somehow managed to master Courtney Love’s look all before getting her driver’s license. They grow up so fast these days!
