For her sheer originality (for better or worse), willingness to take risk, and that insane ensemble consisting of a feathered frock, bedazzled neck brace, and gold mask, Lady Gaga undoubtedly set the MTV VMA fashion bar high. Or low, depending how you look at it. Much like whether she has both a penis and a vagina, Lady Gaga fashion is always subject to interpretation.
