Lady Gaga is reportedly going to give away a lock of her hair with every purchase of The Fame re-release album dubbed The Fame Monster . The album is scheduled for release on November 24th and fans who purchase the deluxe version will receive a lock of her hair, a personal note from the star and a jigsaw puzzle.
