The last few times we’ve seen Bai Ling , she’s been making a serious push to steal the coveted best-dressed nobody title away from Micaela Schaefer . And this “outfit” definitely qualifies. But since I don’t want to disappoint her or Micaela, I think it’s time to come up with a different award for Bai: the craziest-dressed nobody.
