Weezy’s Lawyer Has Cash Money Contract Case Dismissed Lil Wayne has told a judge to dismiss his breach of contract lawsuit against Cash Money Records, Bossip has learned. Weezy’s lawyer, Michael Kramer, filed papers notifying the court that the case was “voluntarily dismissed, without prejudice,” court papers filed April 6 in Manhattan Federal Court show. Wayne’s now-thrown out suit claimed Birdman broke his contract by withholding tens of millions Wayne was supposed to receive for his album “Tha Carter V.” The father of four said in court papers that he is entitled to all Young Money recordings, including Nicki Minaj and Drake.
