Kanye’s listing the 3 bedroom, 4 bath crib for $3.3 million. The house is 4,214 square feet. Now here’s the predicament … the average list price in the area is $2.54 mil. Kanye tried in vain to sell the house in 2010 for more than $4 mil, so at least he’s come down on price. TMZ broke the story … Kanye and Kim just bought a $9 million mansion in Bev Hills that has slightly more space — actually, it’s 14,000 square feet.
