Source: summer jam stretchd rocko / summer jam stretchd rocko Rapper In Legal Hot Water For Abandoning Construction Of Home A Georgia woman has sued Rocko for causing thousands in damages on her home after bailing on a house flip job, BOSSIP can reveal. Minnie Lindsey sued Rocko – whose real name is Rodney Hill – for negligence last month, accusing the U.O.E.N.O. rapper of abandoning a construction job on the property next door to hers – but not before causing some $15,000 in damages to her place. According to court papers obtained by BOSSIP, Lindsey said that Rocko bought the property next to hers in 2017 and started construction on it. However work stopped about a month later, and Lindsey noticed that her brick retaining wall was removed without her permission. Lindsey’s wall had been securing her property’s fence, and it has since caved in, court papers state. Without the fence, Lindsey’s home garden is eroding, Lindsey’s lawyer, Jenaye Peterson, told BOSSIP. Rocko acquired the previously abandoned property to try to flip it, but may have run out of money for the renovation, Peterson said, adding that she sent him a legal letter, and he responded, promising to fix the wall, but hasn’t. Monica’s son’s father hasn’t responded to the case, probably because Lindsey hasn’t managed to serve him yet. This isn’t the only legal battle that Rocko is fighting. We exclusively revealed that the state Attorney General’s Office sued Rocko on behalf of a woman named Tinashel Phillips over paternity and supporting her daughter. Rocko hasn’t responded in that case either.

Day told PEOPLE , “It’s a tricky balance getting the slope just right without severe angles, so the water stays in one place! Only the best fabricator can accomplish this.” She added that the unique bathroom sink is made of quartz, which she estimates would cost around $15,000 to use on the countertop, the custom slope and the 6-inch mitered edge. According to a CBSNews report, the unnecessarily big Connecticut mega mansion that Curtis Jackson bought from Mike Tyson years ago has FINALLY been sold…for FAR under the initial asking price. 50 bought the home from the former boxing champ in 2003 for $4.1 million and has since poured MILLIONS of dollars into it for renovations. In 2007, the rapper looked to sell the crib for $18.7 million but there were no takers. Recently, the price had dropped to a desperately low $4.95 million, but today we get word that the final sale price was even worse. 50 agreed to sell the home for just $2.9 million, $1.2 million less than what he paid, and not even half of what he put into the home. NYDailyNews estimates that he spent somewhere between $6 million and $10 million to make the place sellable. With a 21 bedrooms and 35 bathrooms, as well as a movie theater, gym, indoor pool and basketball court, that $2.9 million price tag might as well be free. 50’s now-former crib appeared on an episode of Million-Dollar Listing last year and he vowed to pull the property off the market for other uses: “It would be interesting to have programs where we could escape the cities and kids from the inner cities to go out and just be creative, to kind of hone in, you know, on the arts and stuff like that,” 50 Cent said in the episode. “They’ll be able to use the recording studio and the fitness areas, the pools, everything. It’ll be a cool summer camp house.” He took quarter water and sold it in bottles for two bucks, Coca-Cola came and bought it for billions. 50 will be fine, he just has to take this L.

Image via Prince Williams/WireImage/Getty Erica Mena And Cliff Dixon Arrested Following Domestic Dispute S**t got ugly at the home of perpetual reality TV cast member Erica Mena and her basketballer boyfriend Cliff Dixon. According to TMZ , both Erica and Cliff were arrested at their residence in John’s Creek, Georgia after neighbors reported hearing a fight getting completely out of control. When police arrived on the scene they saw a bedroom door that had been destroyed after Cliff broke through it in an attempt to get to Erica. Several people were interviewed and one of the couple’s roommates said they heard the sound of someone being slapped. Although no visible marks were found on either person, Cliff was arrested for kicking the door down and Erica was cuffed for possession of marijuana after cops spotted a few baggies of the loud and some THC wax in their kitchen and bedroom. Mona is probably loving this.

Bank Says Singer Stopped Making Payments On Two Of Her Mansions She made a fresh start earlier this year when she divorced her alleged cheater husband Kendu Isaacs. But it looks like Mary J. Blige still hasn’t been able to off shake her husband or their legal troubles after a bank sued the pair and started foreclosure proceedings and claimed they’ve stopped making payments on two of her palatial homes, BOSSIP can reveal. Last month, Apex Bank sued both Blige and Isaacs to foreclose on properties in Cresskill and Saddle River, NJ, claiming the pair hadn’t made payments in months. In the first lawsuit, Blige and Isaacs are accused of not paying down the $8.1 million mortgage that Blige used to buy the Saddle River estate for $12.3 million 10 years ago. The property boasts eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a studio, media room, library and staff quarters. The second suit accuses Blige and her ex of defaulting on another $2 million mortgage that she used to buy another place a few towns over. Blige bought that home back in 2001, and the 6,100 square foot home has six bedrooms, a master suite on its own private floor and sits on an acre lot. The bank wants control of the two homes and Blige and Isaacs out ASAP. It was unclear Thursday who lived in the properties, but one was taken off the market shortly after the couple’s divorce became final. Besides the lawsuits, Blige and Isaacs are dealing with more money troubles: namely the more than $5 million in federal tax liens from the IRS for income earned from 2009 through 2010 through 2011 and 2015, the liens state. Neither Blige nor Isaacs had responded to the foreclosure as of Thursday, according to court records.

But Tameka “Tiny” Cottle-Harris may have given her clearest indication yet that she’s done with estranged husband T.I., BOSSIP can reveal. The Xscap3 singer filed docs in January to get more time to pay off the $1 million mortgage that she took out when she moved out of the family home during height of the pair’s problems in 2014. Tiny was supposed to pay off the $1,003,700 mortgage by April 2016, and she signed another deal with the mortgage company to extend the due date to the end of this year, according to the security deed, which was obtained by BOSSIP. Tiny bought the property in 2014 for $1,481,500, and it boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, six fire places and an “exquisite” wine cellar in 7,817 square feet of living space, according to tax records and a real estate listing. Tiny’s money moves means she likely plans to stay in the home, and isn’t interested in selling up and moving back home to T.I. And although their reality show, “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle” was cancelled after six seasons, the singer is pulling the dough from her tour with Excape and their new group Xscap3.
