According to NYDailyNews , that momma, Leila Aquino, pleaded guilty to abandoning her daughter and was only sentenced to 3 months probation. PROBATION! The girl is dead and this bish gets PROBATION! Leila Aquino, 21, wept in Brooklyn Supreme Court as Justice Deborah Dowling questioned her on the Feb. 23 incident inside her Bedford-Stuyvesant apartment. “I left my daughter home alone,” said Aquino, wiping away tears while pleading guilty to criminally negligent homicide in the death of her daughter Kaleenah Muldrow. “When I came home,” Aquino said, as her defense attorney consoled her, “There was a fire and she passed away.” Leila better thank God and her baby daddy because according to the report, the prosecutor spoke to him and he helped convince her to offer a no-prison time plea deal.
