(Kevin Mazur/Getty Images for Anheuser-Busch) Jay Z Performance Closes 2017 Made In America Festival, Fans Sing To Birthday Girl Beyoncé Jay Z hit the stage to close out the 2017 Budweiser Made In America festival Sunday night in Philly. The rapper was joined onstage by Damian Marley and Meek Mill during different point of his set, but the highlight for many festival goers was when the married rapper asked his audience of thousands to sing Happy Birthday to his queen Beyoncé who smiled and beamed from the rafters of the Carters private D’usse lounge, where she was joined by Destiny’s Child group member Michelle.
