► Fresh off of plastic surgery, Heidi Montag , her giant fake cans, and her blonde haired boob/manager/husband hit up Vegas this past weekend. This is probably the first real look at her new cans since she announced her plastic surgery addiction, and they’re much bigger than I thought. The good news is that she’s so emotional fucked up and insecure, that if the Internet tells her that her boobs aren’t big enough she’ll get another enlargement. So let me go on record, as saying those things are tiny. Like, if I saw her in person, I probably wouldn’t even notice them. P.S.
