I don’t think girls should ever and I repeat ever wear white unless they are a supermodel. Even if Hilary Duff is a hot little piece, this outfit makes her look thick. All could’ve been saved if she would’ve lost the bra under that see-through top, but she didn’t and that’s because she doesn’t have me as her stylist
