Sources close to Marc tell TMZ, Marc took his immediate staff on a vacation retreat to DR as a holiday present to thank them for their hard work. We’re told Marc put the staff up at an exclusive resort for 5 days in La Romana — and comped meals, drinks, and entertainment. But it wasn’t all mindless self-indulgence — Marc and his staff also paid a visit to the city’s Niños de Cristo orphanage to spend some time with the less fortunate. Oh dang.
