Obviously now that Irina Shayk has been unveiled as the cover girl for this year’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition she’s going to be making a lot of appearances at all kinds of different events like the Late Show With David Letterman . Wait again? I think I’m having a hot chick deja vu, I could swear she was just there last night with all her hot friends , what’s going on here?
