While accepting her American Music Award for Best Rap/Hip-Hop Album, Nicki Minaj sported a ring that makes us believe she is engaged. The last we heard, she was dating her hype man Scaff Breezy, although he’s also the one who was involved in a nasty altercation with Nicki which led to police being called.
