90 Day Fiance fans are reeling this month after Jorge Nava’s dramatic body transformation . It’s weird to say it, but … prison looks good on him. Now, Jorge has opened up in a real interview and shared his weight loss secrets along with his aspirations for when he is released from prison. E! News coordinated with Jorge Nava’s attorney, Brad Rideout, in order to interview Jorge about his prison life and his dramatic body transformation. “I am glad that people are noticing some positivity out of such a negative outcome,” Jorge begins. “Hopefully people can see that I am able to turn things around,” he expresses. Jorge is optimistic “even though I am at the lowest point in my life.” Obviously, Jorge made headlines recently for his astounding weight loss. Jorge shares that he works out with a buddy at 4 AM and then again afternoon — every single day. “We both motivate each other,” he shares. “And we push ourselves to the limit pretty much,” Jorge details that he is interested in “military-based” workout routines and has been doing “a lot of jogging.” As far as his diet is concerned, Jorge shares that he has been eating a lot of both oatmeal and peanut butter. Prison life has left him deprived of fast food, energy drinks, and soda, which he says contributed to his former weight. “I had a really bad diet when I was out in the free world,” Jorge admits. We can all agree that incarceration is not the ideal recipe for adopting a healthy lifestyle, even though it may work. Jorge explains his aspirations and how he currently feels. “I wanted to be in the best physical and healthiest shape possible,” Jorge expresses. He announces: “I feel healthy and energetic.” “I feel overall more confident with myself,” Jorge shares. Good for him! Jorge emphasizes that, despite the terrible circumstances, his relationship with Anfisa is “doing really well.” “My hope is to basically get out and start life over with a different point of view,” he expresses. Jorge explains: “I don’t want to make the same mistake that I already did.” We assume that he is referring to his life in general. His only “mistake” behind going to prison was being in Arizona with an illegal plant. “I learned from all of the negativity,” Jorge explains. “Hopefully,” he concludes. “I can turn it into something positive and make a greater change.” Curiously, he does not talk much about Anfisa during the interview, aside from looking forward to their reunion. Considering that Anfisa doesn’t want to talk about Jorge at all right now, well, only time will tell what sort or reception he receives next year. When Jorge was pulled over early last year transporting hundreds of pounds of marijuana in Arizona, he must have feared the worst. It’s great to hear that he is making the best of it. While we know that dramatic weight loss can sometimes be worse for the body than simply retaining weight, let’s hope that this has a positive effect on Jorge’s long-term health. Tori Roloff has been unusually quiet over the past couple weeks. The Little People, Big World star has been so inactive on social media that we thought she may have had her baby early . Now, however, we can confirm two things about Tori… First, she had NOT had her second baby just yet. Second, she is NOT about to sit back and let some total loser talk trash about her over the Internet. Over the weekend, Tori was given no choice but to respond to a troll on Instagram who apparently looked at some photo of the 28-year old and wrote: “Girl, what happens [sic] with you, you’re so fat.” This pathetic loser then compared the reality TV star to another person whose name Roloff blocked out on her Instagram Story. We can only assume this individual is unaware Tori is nine months pregnant, which is no excuse for the awful thing he said to her anyway, of course. “Look at her, she’s son [sic] pretty and not so fat,” the critic continued, actually adding: “You should try to eat and live like her, look at u, u look so bad, big face, mug everything. Try to take care of yourself please.” It’s pretty astounding and extremely depressing that people such as this exist, wouldn’t you agree? “Try to be healthy for ur family, now ur gonna have 2 kids, give them a good example,” the person concluded, confirming that she managed to say all this while being aware Roloff is expecting. Not just expecting, either, but due any week now. Tori, who may just be the kindest person on the Internet, didn’t just brush off this remark or even try to make a joke out of it. Instead, Roloff replied in a lengthy caption, blasting the troll for sending the message. “I usually do not respond to ridiculousness like this, but what in the actual heck,” she wrote. “I can not believe women talk to other women like this. Calling me fat and unhealthy is the most disgusting thing ever. Comparing me to others is so detrimental.” That’s one word for it. We could think of a few others as well. “If you want me to be healthy for my family you should be lifting me up not tearing me down,” continued Roloff. “GTFO. I’m pregnant and myself and baby girl are healthy as can be.” Darn right, Tori! In a separate post, Roloff shared that she would continue treating her body the way she wants. “I’m only here to do me,” she also wrote. “And if that means eating a milkshake a day guess what? I’m here for it.” Finally, Roloff wrapped up her rant in a video where she explained why she decided to address the negative message. “I did not post that on my social media for me to say, like, ‘Oh, woe is me’ or ‘Feel sorry for me,’” Roloff said, adding: “I put that on my social media only to point out that’s never going to be acceptable on my social media. It should never be acceptable anywhere in the world for women to talk to other women like that.” Roloff concluded: “It’s just disgusting. Like, come on, we have better things to do than that. We’d add something to this, but… she handled it all perfectly. Even though Becca Kufrin knows how to throw some shade at her ex when the moment is right, she’s known for being a good, kind person. In a new, heartfelt post, Becca pleads with them all to be kinder and less cruel. “You don’t need me to remind you, but life can be rocky,” Becca’s post begins. “People can be harsh.” “In our current climate, the internet can often times be the biggest weapon against our soul,” she characterizes. Becca observes: “Social media has taken over and will only keep growing.” “Because of that, so will our insecurities, jealousie,s and hurdles we face as women,” she predicts. Becca writes: “And it’s the unfortunate truth that social media is linked to a significant increase in anxiety, depression, suicide, and body image issues.” “For two years I’ve been thrust into the public eye on a scale that I never imagined possible,” she points out. “Yes, this was my doing by entering reality TV,” Becca acknowledges. She adds: “But nothing could prepare me for the amount of constant commentary and opinions being thrown at me.” “This feedback not only includes criticism on my love life,” Becca details. “But on how I look, speak, dress, and apply (or don’t apply) my makeup.” “And, at times it’s downright hindering,” she admits. “I’ve had days where I didn’t want to leave bed because of the anxiety I felt on a social scale.” “And I’m not alone,” Becca observes. “I’ve had countless conversations with others.” She has spoken to people “who have felt inadequate because of someone with mean, type-happy fingers.” “Many of us feel like we are drowning,” Becca laments. “Because we have to live up to some unattainable social goal.” “Let’s change this,” she suggests. “Let’s all take a step back and maybe NOT type a rude comment.” Becca continues: “or hit “send” with demeaning words into someone’s DMs.” “Who are we to judge another person by the makeup she puts on, how white our teeth are, or if we forgot to wash our hair for six days straight?” she asks. “As women, we need to do a better job of building ALL humans up,” Becca proclaims. On Monday (Nov. 4) during his interview with New York’s Power 105.1 The Breakfast Club , Jason Mitchell took time to address both claims, denying any wrongdoing and claims that both in part are misunderstandings. In regards to his departure from Netflix’s “Desperados” in April due to an incident involving an intoxicated female co-worker at a pre-production event in Mexico, Jason states that he was simply looking out for a coworker. “Being the person that I am, I felt responsible to make sure she got home,” Jason Mitchell said. “Because they’re already telling us, like, ‘Don’t take the Ubers, don’t trust these people, don’t jump in a cab, don’t do any of that.’ We’re in Mexico City and we’re in a foreign land and we should stick together. This isn’t where I leave her. So I make sure she got home and the next day, it kind of all slapped me in the face; I’m not sure if her and her significant other had a situation, I made sure she got home but other than that, nothing really happened.” Jason claims that although he did nothing wrong, he was dismissed from the film with pay but without an explanation as to why he was let go, before apologizing for offending anyone. “For anybody who’s been around me, they know I’m one of the most loving, sweet people in the world, but if I did do anything, say anything, make anybody feel any kind of way, you have my deepest apologies,” Mitchell continued. “Like, honestly, my deepest apologies. Because that was never my intention of making anybody feel any sort of way.” Mitchell also denied any wrong doing with former The Chi co-star Tiffany Boone , who publicly admitted that she felt “unsafe” around the actor. Mitchell claims that the story was pushed by the hit show’s showrunner Ayanna Floyd Davis. “There was actually no situation with Tiffany Boone,” Jason Mitchell said. “She was put in this position because this lady, Ayanna Floyd Davis, she did come out and go to Deadline and made a statement for Tiffany Boone. I was a little taken back by the whole situation that happened, but the actual reason I got let go was because Disney saw what was going on with ‘Desperados’ and they just bought Showtime,” Mitchell explained. “So they decided not to pick up my option. And of course, I’ve been on the show for what was about to be three seasons, I was nominated for an award, so I was asking for more money and all these sorts of things and they just weren’t down to do it.” Mitchell went onto say that while he is an avid supporter of the “Me Too” movement, it’s situations like his that make it hard to stand in solidarity when someone makes a malicious claim. “I really hate to say this, because I’m all for the Me Too movement,” Mitchell continued. “I have two beautiful daughters who I would like to be in the business, so I’m all for the Me Too movement. Kate Gosselin has not said very much in public of late. But a new report suggests that the reality star is very afraid of what her kids might say about her in the near future. Two kids in particular, that is. As previously reported, sources recently claimed that Kate is basically living in fear these days , petrified that ex-husband Jon Gosselin might spill any one of a number of damaging beans. If you’ll recall, Kate and Jon got divorced in 2009 and both sides than signed a gag order that legally prevented them from bashing the other in any kind of specific detail. We previously quoted an In Touch Weekly insider who alleged Kate is worried Jon “might be up to something,” and that he may even be angling for his very own show, despite the father of eight never once hinting he wants to go in this direction. Now, this same insider tells this same tabloid that Kate isn’t only concerned about her ex-spouse might tell the world… … she’s also afraid of what her very own kids could expose. “She’s afraid that… Hannah and Collin might start talking,” the aforementioned publication writes. “About what? Kate says she doesn’t know, but of course she does.” The 15-year olds both now live with their father in Delaware. Various recent reports have indicated that Kate has almost no contact with either Hannah or Collin , the latter of whom only just got out of a special needs facility late last year. Upon doing so, he ended up in the care of Jon because Kate didn’t even bother to show up for a custody hearing in December. Making matters even worse and more controversial, Jon told DailyMailTV this summer that Collin was only ever diagnosed with ADHD — but that Kate insisted in basically locking him away. “Kate … couldn’t deal with him. He was alone for three and a half years with no parents, all alone. It was inhumane,” Jon told this outlet of his son and his ex, adding in mid-September: “It’s time America found out the truth about Kate, she isn’t the person you think she is.” That’s an interesting quote because most people think Kate is a rather irresponsible parent who cares more about garnering attention than doing what’s best for her many children. Or maybe that’s just us. In this same interview, Jon alleged that Kate has “mentally abused and alienated” Hannah . The teenager recently decided to sit out a trip with her mom on Kate Plus 8, prompting Kate to sort of throw her under the bus. “Hannah … it was sad for us because … you know, they’re getting older, and they’re making different choices, and they’re doing different things,” Kate said in a confessional on the show. “And she opted to stay back with her dad, actually. Which again, you know, her choice. Whatever. It’s not optimal for Mom. But it’s something that I support. And you know, we just, adjust and move on.”

If you’ve been keeping up, you know that Amanda Seales has been speaking out since Emmys weekend when she was escorted out of an after-party meant to celebrate Black Hollywood. While she initially, in Instagram Stories from that very night and event, said a white woman named Kiara had made sure she was kicked out, during the “Side Effects of Professionalism Part 1” episode of her Small Doses podcast last week, she changed her tune. The 38-year-old comedian and actress placed blame, publicly, on Vanessa Anderson , a fellow Black woman, who does PR for Issa Rae and puts together the party every year. Amanda mentioned that the two have never really hit it off, but implied that the fact that Vanessa would go so far as to have her removed from the space felt incredibly unfair and uncalled for. This was not a birthday party…It was not a naming ceremony. That’s us putting it mildly, to be honest. “You can’t be a disrespectful-a– human being and expect people to want to hang out with you,” he said. “It’s quite simple. In addition, early Monday morning she took to her IG stories to share her unfiltered thoughts on everyone taking joy out of her being embarrassed at the party and by her Insecure co-star. I guess what fascinates me is the excitement of people to be like, ‘She must be a b—h! She’s got to be a b—h! If everyone’s saying she’s a b—h then she must be a b—h!’ I think that’s fascinating to me because, because I don’t know what value that has in their lives. I think that’s what trips me out about it. I’m not f–kin’ with Trump, I’m not degrading Black folks, I’m not out here being a Fox News commentator. People legit don’t like me, one, there’s a lot of people who don’t like me because I just really don’t care about their fake phony sh-t and I don’t keep up appearances to make them feel like their fake phony sh-t is not noticed. Two, on an Internet scale, people just don’t like me because a lot of the time they’re misinterpreting sh-t that I say. And then three, people don’t like me because of their own sh-t. Four, there’s a bonus, some people don’t like me because of an interaction we had. I could have had a bad day, I could have just been stank that day, or, more often than not, they did some f–ksh-t and I called them out on it. Nonetheless, it is fascinating to watch people so enthusiastic about your downfall when you have dedicated your whole life to the upliftment of them. Truly, it is like a paradoxical thing to witness. I’m a sensitive person, but more importantly, I’m an intellectual, so at this point I’m just looking at it like, ‘Well, she must be a b—h! All these people can’t be wrong.’ Okay, so then what? [laughs] So then what? So now we have established that Amanda Seales is a b—h. Now what? See the thing is, I know who I am and I know I’m not a b—h. A b—h is somebody who’s mean for no f–kin’ reason. If I’m stank, nine times out of 10, there’s a reason. You may not be the reason. The reason might be my mood, the reason might be some sh-t I’m going through, the reason might be the person, but there’s always a reason. There’s always something behind my ire. Nonetheless, when people are saying things like, ‘If everybody’s saying she’s like this then that must be what it is and she need to change,’ I think you reach a certain point in your life where you’re like — first of all, everybody don’t think I’m a b—h. I’m a quality over quantity person. I think we can all agree that there’s way more trash a– people in this world than there are quality people. The quality people be f–kin’ with me. They do. They be f–kin’ with me heavy. And a lot of the times, I have experienced my whole life, people who have created these opinions and they come back later. But really, the whole point in talking about this is…sometimes you have to take yourself outside of things and you just look at it from the outside and your’e like, wow, this is what people spent their day doing: discussing my existence. And I don’t know if that has any bearing on their support of my work or not but it was just something that was interesting to them. That is fascinating to me in a very real way. Fascinating. But for the record, I am not a b—h. Unless you b—h made. Bu-duh-bump.
