I don’t know why people are always so surprised when Lady GaGa shows up places looking like a total nutjob. Dressing like a down-and-out porn star has been her act for a while now. But still, here she is at the 46th annual Songwriters Hall of Fame Induction and Awards Gala in New York looking like she wandered in from 42nd Street in the ’80s. Anyway, I’m too lazy to look up what award GaGa received, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t Best-Dressed. I just hope they steam cleaned her seat after. Photos: WENN.com
