LeBron James Declares Himself The King Of NY, New Yorkers Stomp Their Timbs Into A Tizzy

Elsa/Getty Images LeBron James Anoints Himself The King Of NY LeBron James was on his LeBron James isht on Tuesday when he posted a photo on Instagram with the caption “You’re welcome.. [Crown Emoji] of NY #myfavoriteplayground #striveforgreatness.” Needless to say, he got some mixed reviews for this one. After the Cavaliers game last night, this picture seems to be a not-so-subtle shot at fans of the Knicks and their big man Enes Kanter, after the Cavs came back and outscored the Knicks 43–25 in the fourth quarter to beat the New Yorkers 104–101 at Madison Square Garden on Monday night. LeBron finished the night with 23 points, 12 assists and 9 rebounds. After the game, Kanter told reporters, “I don’t care … what you call yourself. King, Queen, Princess, whatever you are. You know what, we’re going to fight and nobody out there (is) going to punk us.”  James replied in his normal fashion with a quick comeback saying, “I’m the King, my wife is the Queen and my daughter is the Princess.” Shouldn’t korver be tagged in this pic.twitter.com/T8xz16D446 — Desus Nice (@desusnice) November 14, 2017 James will return to Madison Square Garden to face the Knicks again on April 9.
