British model Naomi Campbell celebrated lavishly her 40th birthday on the glamorous French Riviera. Campbell was given 40-white roses by Russian billionaire boyfriend Vladimir Doronin as for their one-year anniversary as well. The gorgeous bouquet was delivered to the Eden Roc Hotel to mark Naomi’s big day. The celebration was star-studded, attended by the great and the well-groomed, including Top Shop boss Philip Green and his daughter Chloe. Fellow model Eva Herzigova turned upwearing a thigh-skimming pale pink dress with silver stripes. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony hitched a lift to the hotel with Philip Green, whose boat was used to ferry guests to the party. Sarah Ferguson and Princess Beatrice were also spotted arriving at the exclusive hotel to join in the celebrations. And while Grace Jones was snapped in the hotel grounds in what seemed like post-party attire, with a bath robe and towel wrapped around her head, Naomi looked the picture of elegance in a lilac dress and gladiator sandals. Earlier in the week, Naomi was living the high life aboard the Benetti built Silver Angel – a spacious 65metre-long boat, which can accommodate up to 12 guests within its seven en suite, roomy cabins. After dining in style at her regular haunt, the Eden Roc, the supermodel was taken back to the Silver Angel, before changing into her evening floor-length gown for the amfAR charity dinner at the Hotel du Cap. For someone who started out as a working class girl from Streatham, Naomi has certainly come a long way. She was brought up by in a single-parent family by mother Valerie (she’s never met her father) and was just a regular girl who attended a comprehensive school.
