In case you guys didn’t know, there’s a new Miss Universe these days, and it’s Venezuelan hottie Gabriela Isler . Here she is making one of her first public appearances at the 14th annual Latin Grammys, and while I’m not gonna knock the choice (even though I got left off the judges’ panel once again), I’m a little disappointed in Gabriela and her cleavage cover-up here. I know Miss Universe is pretty strict with their “code of conduct” or whatever, but they just want to avoid public scandals, not showing any skin whatsoever. I’m willing to let it slide though since Gabriela’s new. She’ll get the hang of it soon.
