Nicki Minaj’s boyfriend was scheduled to appear by her side at a concert in Las Vegas but now the probation violator has to spend his New Years eve doing charity according to page six reports. The Philly rapper has been ordered to stay in the area of his neighborhood through February 6, 2015. That means no bottle popping or NYE kisses for him in Vegas this year. His boo will be in a different state where she will fulfill her New Years obligations. When will Meek’s luck turn around? Geesh.
