Skyy Fisher, 31, has been charged with sexually assaulting an unconscious victim in San Diego, officials said. San Diego police say the victim, who was a minor, was asleep or unconscious at the time of the attack. Skyy, who was arrested Wednesday in downtown Los Angeles, is free on $100,000 bail.
