OK, so I know Rumer Willis and “wardrobe malfunction” probably isn’t lighting up too many peoples’ Google searches, but as a celebrity blogger journalist, it’s my job to report the news. And I’m pretty sure this qualifies as a major story in my line of work. So here you go: Rumer showed up at ELLE’s 5th Annual Women in Music concert in an outfit that was hot enough to make me momentarily forget that she inherited her dad’s face.
