Albert Gardner, 31, also pleaded guilty to attempting to rape another woman who was jogging in San Diego and waived his right to an appeal. He will face life in prison without parole for killing two-teen, 14-year-old Amber Dubois and 17-year-old Chelsea King in San Diego County.
