Taiwanese actor Mark Chao will star alongside mainland actress Gao Yuanyuan in director Chen Kaige’s new film Search, reports www.chinesefilms.cn. To be set in a modern city, it deals with the realistic portrayal of inner-city life. Chen is known for his visual flair and epic storytelling. This is the second time that he will be making a true-to-life movie since Together (2002) which focused on the relationship between a father and his son.
