Amtrack Apologizes After 183 Passengers Are Left Stranded On Train For 40 Hours

Source: DuKai photographer / Getty Amtrack Passengers Left Stranded For 40 Hours Amtrack is issuing an apology to passengers who went through a scary situation on one of their locomotives. Passengers traveling to Seattle, Washington from Portland, Oregon were stuck on the tracks since Sunday when their train hit a tree that had fallen on the tracks. NBC reports that the passengers were stuck for nearly 40 hours and complained of panic attacks and screaming babies. “There has been so little communication from Amtrak. I am very disappointed,” said Kim Shelton who was stuck onboard with her daughter and spoke to “Today.” We’ve had two people have anxiety, heart-related issues. We have just had to take care of each other. There has been no help from outside.” Kim Shelton, one of the 183 passengers and crew members trapped on board a stalled Amtrak train in Oregon for 36 hours and counting, joins TODAY by phone to recount the harrowing experience. pic.twitter.com/iR6JdhJXsg — TODAY (@TODAYshow) February 26, 2019 None of the 183 passengers on board were hurt and Amtrak expressed regret over the incident. The company added that customers couldn’t be safely transported off the train because of winter weather conditions. pic.twitter.com/ZY86E7WSuP — Amtrak Alerts (@AmtrakAlerts) February 26, 2019

Getting an Eminem feature is just as rare today as it was in the early 00’s so best believe when an artist gets a verse from Mr. Mather’s he’s going to try to shoot that clip ASAP like a Harlem representative. This time around it was Compton’s own Boogie that was able to get Slim Shady in the booth for the cut “Rainy Days” and for their video the two find themselves in a room riddled with writings and an occasional stormy cloud. On a softer note, Ari Lennox and J. Cole link up for the visual to “Shea Butter Baby” where we watch how a passionate relationship is supposed to play out at any given moment. Source: photo: PNP/ WENN.com Though he started out his career mainly known as “Will Smith and Jada Pinkett’s son,” over the past few years Jaden Smith ’s really been coming into his own as both an actor and a rapper and it seems like he might just be able to stand out on his own when it’s all said and done. For his visuals to “Goku” the new age Karate Kid takes to Japan where Dragonball Z was born and shows that the anime series hero isn’t the only one who knows how to shoot a Kamehameha wave out his hands. Pretty good CGI used for that shot. Back in the US Euro Gotit links up with Gunna find themselves in the crosshairs of law enforcement but ball outta control regardless in the visual to “Kodak Dat.” Check out the rest of today’s drops including work from Kandy K, Problem, and more. Uuh, Uncomfortable Or Nah? Brett Kavanaugh Hires All-Women Law Clerks

Photo by Alex Wong/Getty Images Apparently, They Ain’t Scurred Many people across America were devastated on Saturday when Brett Kavanaugh was sworn in as the 114th Supreme Court justice. The man was accused of sexual assault and misconduct causing woman and allies across the country to protest his nomination. Yet, the guy still secured the judge spot….and on top of this, he’s hired all-women law clerks, according to The New York Times . Kavanaugh becomes the first Supreme Court judge to ever do this. He’s carrying out a statement he made during his second Senate Judiciary Committee hearing where he testified on allegations of sexual assault against him by Christine Blasey Ford . Kavanaugh pointed out his record of hiring female law clerks as a way to defend his respect for women. Now whether he’s providing a safe work environment for these women is a totally different story. The law clerks are made up of Shannon Grammel, Megan Lacy and one of Kavanaugh’s former clerks from the D.C. Circuit Court, Kim Jackson . The fourth clerk, Sara Nommensen , is a former student of Kavanaugh’s from Harvard Law School. She previously worked at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel. According to a Guardian report, a Yale Law School professor, Amy Chua , allegedly advised female students who wanted to work with Kavanaugh to mind what they wear. She allegedly said it’s “not an accident” that Kavanaugh’s female law clerks “looked like models.” Chau later denied the report, saying in a statement to The Guardian that Kavanaugh “only hires those who are extraordinarily qualified.” Mhm. According to  The National Law Journal , Kavanaugh hired 25 women and 23 men while he was an appeals court judge on the D.C. Circuit. Most of the women have supported Kavanaugh during the sexual assault allegations against him. Eighteen of them signed a letter supporting his Supreme Court confirmation.

French Montana And Drake Drop A Visual For “No Stylist” With Some Help From ASAP Rocky & Dapper Dan [Video]

Drake And French Montana Finally Drop A Video For “No Stylist” Fans have been patiently waiting on a video from French Montana and Drake for their track “No Stylist” ever since a snippet of the song was first leaked online so many weeks ago–and on Tuesday morning, that wish was granted. French Montana gave the people what they want by uploading a visual for his Drake-assisted track while everyone was on their morning commute to work, and the two rappers on the song are not the only ones to appear in the brand new video. Cameos from ASAP Rocky, Cam’ron, Luka Sabbat, Slick Rick, and Dapper Dan can all be found, and everyone looks like they’re having the time of their lives. When the song “No Stylist” first leaked at the top of last month, everybody was talking because of the blatant Kanye diss (“Yeah, keepin’ it G, I told her “don’t wear no 350s ’round me”), but this visual gives the track a life of it’s own beyond that one bar. You can always count on a video from French Montana and Drake to make you feel like you’re not really living life to the fullest, because they seem to be having a whole different type of fun. Different shots in the visual include: French riding around New York City with the top down and Slick Rick in his passenger seat, and when he’s not with the hip hop legend, Mr. Montana is posted up in front of the bodega with model and Grown-ish star Luka Sabbat. As for Drizzy, it looks like his number one priority is to get these bars off. You can check out French Montana and Drake’s video for “No Stylist,” which features appearances from ASAP Rocky, Cam’ron, Luka Sabbat, Slick Rick, and Dapper Dan below.
