Photo by Alex Wong/Getty Images Apparently, They Ain’t Scurred Many people across America were devastated on Saturday when Brett Kavanaugh was sworn in as the 114th Supreme Court justice. The man was accused of sexual assault and misconduct causing woman and allies across the country to protest his nomination. Yet, the guy still secured the judge spot….and on top of this, he’s hired all-women law clerks, according to The New York Times . Kavanaugh becomes the first Supreme Court judge to ever do this. He’s carrying out a statement he made during his second Senate Judiciary Committee hearing where he testified on allegations of sexual assault against him by Christine Blasey Ford . Kavanaugh pointed out his record of hiring female law clerks as a way to defend his respect for women. Now whether he’s providing a safe work environment for these women is a totally different story. The law clerks are made up of Shannon Grammel, Megan Lacy and one of Kavanaugh’s former clerks from the D.C. Circuit Court, Kim Jackson . The fourth clerk, Sara Nommensen , is a former student of Kavanaugh’s from Harvard Law School. She previously worked at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel. According to a Guardian report, a Yale Law School professor, Amy Chua , allegedly advised female students who wanted to work with Kavanaugh to mind what they wear. She allegedly said it’s “not an accident” that Kavanaugh’s female law clerks “looked like models.” Chau later denied the report, saying in a statement to The Guardian that Kavanaugh “only hires those who are extraordinarily qualified.” Mhm. According to The National Law Journal , Kavanaugh hired 25 women and 23 men while he was an appeals court judge on the D.C. Circuit. Most of the women have supported Kavanaugh during the sexual assault allegations against him. Eighteen of them signed a letter supporting his Supreme Court confirmation.

Drake And French Montana Finally Drop A Video For “No Stylist” Fans have been patiently waiting on a video from French Montana and Drake for their track “No Stylist” ever since a snippet of the song was first leaked online so many weeks ago–and on Tuesday morning, that wish was granted. French Montana gave the people what they want by uploading a visual for his Drake-assisted track while everyone was on their morning commute to work, and the two rappers on the song are not the only ones to appear in the brand new video. Cameos from ASAP Rocky, Cam’ron, Luka Sabbat, Slick Rick, and Dapper Dan can all be found, and everyone looks like they’re having the time of their lives. When the song “No Stylist” first leaked at the top of last month, everybody was talking because of the blatant Kanye diss (“Yeah, keepin’ it G, I told her “don’t wear no 350s ’round me”), but this visual gives the track a life of it’s own beyond that one bar. You can always count on a video from French Montana and Drake to make you feel like you’re not really living life to the fullest, because they seem to be having a whole different type of fun. Different shots in the visual include: French riding around New York City with the top down and Slick Rick in his passenger seat, and when he’s not with the hip hop legend, Mr. Montana is posted up in front of the bodega with model and Grown-ish star Luka Sabbat. As for Drizzy, it looks like his number one priority is to get these bars off. There are few things more disturbing than having a rat loose in your home. No matter what some Pixar movies try to tell you, these animals are not cute nor lovable nor great at cooking. They are really just very gross, sometimes carrying disease and pretty much always scaring the crap out of all they scurry past. So we certainly don't blame the woman in the following video for doing all she can to rid her home of a rat who has found his way up on a living room curtain rod. He's just running all around up there, having the time of his life. So, with her kids and her cat standing by, the woman grabs a trash bucket and a dust pan and she sets off to work. She hopes to just sweep the unwanted guest into the bucket, but she's having a lot of trouble. She has to resort to a tiny sand shovel at one point. And she falls down often. But she does keep at it, doing the best she can… … until her efforts prove futile, the rat gets away and ALL HILARIOUS HELL BREAKS LOOSE. Watch this video to see what we mean:

But while the video of fight shows Ray J clearly enraged, it was apparently was all love in the club earlier that night between he and former Roc Nation misses Teairra Mari. via All West Everything Last night, Ray-J and former Roc Nation princess Teairra Mari were all hugged up on stage at Westfest which was held at the Nokia Center in Los Angeles. At the beginning of the night, the new couple were seen kissing and being very flirtatious with each other on stage as Mack 10 performed his set for fans. No word on how long the two have been dating, but last night it was clear that the two have a very hot and cold relationship. Just one hour into watching different artists perform, you could tell that Teairra seemed irritated and ready to go home. She could be overheard repeatedly telling Ray-J that she was ready to leave and he wasn’t bugging because he was having the time of his life dancing on stage and catching up with friends. Ray-J, who appeared to be drunk or high, would successfully calm Teairra down and talked her into staying at the show for another hour. He danced on the side of the stage while Too Short & E-40 performed and an irritated Teairra looked on. Judging from the sound of this story and the looks of these pictures, seems like Teairra was over this date night before it even began.
