Yesterday, gamers started flooding Mythic Entertainment’s Warhammer Online forum with reports that the company billed them repeatedly for services they neither requested nor wanted. Some report multiple charges that add up to over $1,000. Of course many gamers don’t have that kind of cash sitting in their account, and that means many were also charged overdraft fees. Mythic quickly responded, reassuring (?) gamers that it is a billing error, and not a hack, all monies will be returned, and their personal and financial information is safe. Andy Belford, Mythic
