Adele , Lil Wayne and Chris Brown have all been announced as performers at the show, airing live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles next month. This will mark the first time that Adele has graced the VMAs stage. The British chanteuse is up for seven nods for her emotional “Rolling in the Deep” video, including Best Female Artist, Best Pop Video, Best Art Direction, Best Cinematography, Best Direction, Best Editing and the night’s big prize, Video of the Year. Brown will return to the stage, after making his unforgettable VMA debut back in 2007. His eye-popping video for “Look at Me Now,” which features Wayne and Busta Rhymes, is up for multiple Moonmen at the big show,
