Lil Wayne can add 18 BET Hip Hop Award nominations onto the recent success of Tha Carter IV ! Weezy’s nominations include Lyricist of the Year, MVP of the Year, and Video of the Year for “I’m on One” and “Look at Me Now,” which he shares with Chris Brown and Busta Rhymes. Wiz Khalifa and Kanye West equally have nine noms with Chris Brown and Rick Ross right behind them with eight. Nicki Minaj is up for “Lyricist of the Year” and “Breakthrough Album of the Year.” Mike Epps will be hosting the event on October 1st.
