Smh… Miami Heat Player Buys $3.2 Million Plantation Style Home Via Realtor This sharp-shooter may have listed his home in Coconut Grove earlier this month, but the Miami Heat forward isn’t leaving South Beach anytime soon. That’s because he recently purchased a plantation-style home in Coral Gables. The Sun Sentinel reports that he and his wife, Heidi, recently paid out $3.22 million for the five-bedroom, 6,550-square-foot colonial. His new home is one of the original five Florida pioneer village homes, according to the listing. Built in 1926, the home is near the 15th hole at the Riviera Country Club and features a chef’s kitchen, wraparound balconies and a prime outdoor entertaining area with a black-bottom pool, cabana and gardens. Also found on the premises of his new baller crib is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house. Previously in July, the hooper, whose contract is set to expire after the 2013-2014 season, hoisted his South Beach residence on the market with an asking price of $1.895 million.
