The useless reality star was spotted at dinner in Hollywood last week in a dress that appeared to be put on inside-out and upside-down. We’re all for the accentuation of the breasts, but why is there a poofy sleeve and a random strap across the top? Why not just eliminate these extraneous pieces of fabric?
